COLOURFUL COLLAGE
Get ready to cut, paste, layer, and create in the colourful world of collage! As one of the most versatile artforms, collage will allow your imagination to run free. From surreal landscapes to personal storytelling projects, campers will experiment with mixed media materials and new art techniques to create layered, expressive masterpieces all week long!

ART THROUGH THE AGES
Travel back in time to explore some of the world’s most amazing art styles! From prehistoric cave paintings to brightly coloured Pop Art, campers will venture through the eras to learn about the art that has shaped our world! Each day, campers will get creative in the Station Gallery studios, where they will experiment with drawing, painting, printmaking, and more, to create timeless works of art inspired by iconic artists and movements.

YOUTH ART CAMP (13 – 15 YEARS)
In this four-day art camp, students will have an opportunity to explore new art forms and build new skills. Under the guidance and support of professional artist instructors, campers will be challenged to use their creative and critical thinking skills to create incredible art projects. Whether you’re an art enthusiast or just enjoy being creative, you’ll leave this camp with new techniques and some terrific projects to take home. Parents are encouraged to attend the camper showcase at the end of the week to see what incredible artwork was created!

A DAY AT CAMP – WHAT TO EXPECT

What does a day at camp look like? Each day, our young artists will develop a new project from start to finish. We have 4 periods of creating, separated by two snack breaks and a 1-hour lunch. We will practice using new artistic mediums and techniques each day, culminating in 5 special artworks that students will proudly show off at the Camper Showcase on Friday afternoon!
